What is the Ebisu Drift Matsuri? Ebisu Drift Matsuri, a thrilling event held at the Ebisu Circuit in Nihonmatsu, Fukushima prefecture, Japan.  The Ebisu Drift Matsuri is the birthplace of the original "Drift Matsuri." In Japanese, "matsuri" means "festival." Held three times a year—during Spring, Summer, and Autumn—the matsuri is a 31-hour non-stop drifting extravaganza that stretches over an entire weekend.
